I didn’t always live this lifestyle.

Like many people, I struggled with consistency, lacked structure, and didn’t really know what worked. I tried different approaches, restarted multiple times, and felt stuck in the cycle.

Everything changed when I decided to simplify things and focus on discipline over motivation.

I went on to lose 53 kg, completed 75 Hard, and built a routine that completely changed not just my body, but my mindset and lifestyle.

But the biggest lesson I learned was this —
real transformation doesn’t come from extreme diets or unrealistic routines.

It comes from building simple habits, staying consistent, and creating a system that fits your life.
